JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graph Database Architecture:Design and implement scalable graph database solutions using Neo4j.
- Develop and maintain graph data models for complex business domains (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing intelligence, R&D networks).
- Query Development & Optimization:Write efficient Cypher queries and optimize performance for large-scale graph datasets.
- Implement indexing, caching, and query tuning strategies.
- Integration & API Development:Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to expose graph data to internal and external applications.
- Integrate Neo4j with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise systems.
- ETL & Data Ingestion:Design and manage ETL pipelines for ingesting structured and unstructured data into Neo4j.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow from source systems.
- Graph Analytics & ML:Collaborate with data scientists to implement graph-based machine learning models.
- Use Neo4jʼs graph algorithms library for recommendation engines, fraud detection, and network analysis.
- Security & Compliance:Ensure data governance, access control, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Implement backup, clustering, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and analysts.
- Document data models, query logic, and integration workflows.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Neo4j and graph databases.
- Strong proficiency in Cypher query language.
- Solid understanding of graph theory and data modeling principles.
- Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript for backend development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Neo4j Certified Professional.
- Experience with Neo4j Aura or other managed graph database services.
- Exposure to GDS, graph-based ML algorithms and semantic technologies (RDF, SPARQL).•
- Familiarity with Neo4j Bloom for data visualization.
- Experience in ETL tools like Databricks, Apache NiFi, or Talend.
- Domain experience in semiconductor, materials science, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.
